Snap the plate and the Focus Engine identifies the meal — title, main components, and an honest calorie range (never a suspiciously exact number). It fills a suggested log for you to review, edit, and Accept. A photo that isn't food gets a kind "log it by hand" line.
Are the health tools free?
The tracking core — sleep, hand-logged meals, and value-logged habits — is free. The Focus Engine ✦ photo read on meals is part of the paid AI layer. Same shape as the rest of MotivosAI: the whole system is free by hand; the AI is the leverage.
Does MotivosAI sync with Apple Health or Whoop?
