How do I get help?

I can't log into the app. Can you still help me?

Yes. This page works even when you can't get into the app. Send us a message with the email on your account and a quick description of what's happening, and we'll help you get back in.

How much does MotivosAI cost?

There is a free plan you can use by hand, two paid plans that add the full AI, and a 21-day full-access trial on top of any new account. See the pricing page for the current details.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You keep your work and the whole system on the free plan. Nothing is deleted and you never hit a wall — the paid AI features are simply what an upgrade unlocks.

Can I get a refund?

We stand behind a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email support@motivos.app and we'll take care of it.

Is my data private? Do you sell it?

We don't sell your personal information and we don't do creepy individual tracking. You stay in control of your data. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and why.

How do I export or delete my data?

Inside the app, open Settings, then Data & Account, to export everything or delete your account. If you can't get in, email us and we'll help.

Is connecting a financial account safe?

If you connect a financial account for budgeting and net-worth features, it is handled through Plaid. You enter your bank details directly with Plaid, so we never see or store your login, and you can disconnect at any time.

What devices does MotivosAI work on?

MotivosAI runs in any modern web browser, and you can install it on your phone like an app. Dedicated mobile apps are on the way.
