Projects

Every deliverable, in one focused folder.

A Project is a focused folder that groups a deliverable's tasks, files, and an optional brief — all in one place. Open it in the Workbench and the Focus Engine already knows what you're working on. Archive it when it's done.

The work you actually ship lives across ten tabs.

A task list here, a doc there, three chats, and a folder someone shared last week. When you sit down to move the deliverable forward, half the time goes to finding the pieces — and by the time it's assembled, the focused window is gone.

How it works

Three steps, no busywork.

  1. 1

    One folder, all the parts

A Project groups the tasks, the files, and an optional brief in a single view. Nothing lives across five apps — it's here, together.

  2. 2

    The Workbench opens right in

Open the Project's Workbench and the Focus Engine already has the context. Ask it to draft, summarize, generate — no re-explaining what you're working on.

  3. 3

    Ship it and archive it

Mark the Project done and it archives cleanly, tasks and files intact — searchable when you need to look back, out of the way when you don't.

This is Focus — the ship-it surface for the work that matters.

Questions, answered.

How is a Project different from a Space?
A Space is a compartment for a whole area of your life (Personal, Work, a shared family). A Project is a folder for a single deliverable inside that life — a report, a launch, a proposal. Spaces switch you into a mode; Projects hold the pieces of one thing you're shipping.
Can I add files to a Project?
Yes — a Project holds files alongside its tasks and brief. The Workbench can read those files to help you draft, summarize, or generate follow-on work.
What happens when a Project is done?
Archive it. Tasks and files stay searchable, but the Project is out of the daily view. If you need to reopen it, everything's still intact.

Everything one deliverable needs, in one place.
